The Workshop continues…

Workshop Day 3

Workshop Day 2

Day 2 began with a climbing seminar led by Jake Jacobs and Ian Weedman:

Getting to work
September 25, 2007

After an early-morning tour of area treehouses, we ate a delicious lunch prepared by Judy, followed by a skillsaw tutorial by Blake:
 
Daryl drilled a hole for the first GL as Jake arrived with the all-important pipe wrench:
 
We then hoisted the first beam into place:

The workshop is underway!
September 25, 2007

Participants have arrived for the workshop from around the world — Denmark, Netherlands, Japan, Canada and the U.S. After the welcoming ceremony, we watched salmon spawning in the Raging River here at Treehouse Point.

We were also lucky to have an wonderful and passionate musician here at the Inn at Treehouse Point: Trace [...]
